I deem it a privilege to put forth a few facts about my cousin late Mrs.Jeba Rajasekaran, who has made an indelible impact, not only in my life but also in the minds of everyone. She was charming and endowed with impeccable talents. I had the pleasant experience of studying with her for about 6 months in Leela akka's house at Palayamkottai, when I was studying in St.John's college and Jeba in Sarah Tucker School. As a student she was outstanding and a role model. Apart from studies she was adept in all extra curricular activities, specially in singing to the Glory of GOD. After doing schooling meritoriously, she pursued her professional teaching course B.Ed in Bangalore. On completion, many jobs were on hand. Victor annachi (Mr.Victor Dharmaraj), who was her mentor, was contemplating on her marriage. By that time, I was married and settled in Trichy, with an executive post in BHEL. God used me as an instrument to arrange her marriage with my brother-in-law, Mr.A,S.Rajasekaran, an engineer by profession, who has been equally blessed with great potential. They were happily married and blessed with excellent children, Deepu & Sharon, who are shining like beacon light for His glory. The children are married, blessed with great -in-laws and children. The fervent prayer of Jeba has kept the entire family in good stead. She was an unanimous choice for the envious post of Principal in YWCA Middle School in the sprawling BHEL Township. She put her heart and soul into the school and its growth. It was she who elevated the standard of the school, the first Matriculation school in Trichy District. Thousands of students who had passed through the portals of the school had been greatly inspired by her. Her success was, she prayed over everything and praised GOD for all blessings. She wasn't keeping good health towards the end of her life. But till she breathed her last, she was conscious and kneeling down in Prayer. GOD gave; GOD has taken her away;Glory be to HIS Name. On her first death anniversary, we the family, the close circuit, Rajan, Poonuratinam family, Deepu family, Sharon family,Solomon family,Stephen family join the thousand fold student fraternity in prayers that " HER SOUL MAY REST IN PEACE'.
