Mrs. Mano Singh I had the privilege to work with her from 1983 and so I am happy to share with you what I learnt from her life. As a Principal of YWCA Matriculation School, her work is worth mentioning. She has taken commendable efforts to increase the classes and infrastructure of the school. Her positive and faithful communication between 2 managements (YWCA & BHEL) made the school reach greater heights. It was through her faithful efforts for the school, YWCA Matriculation School became the first Matriculation School in Trichy District. Today we have well planned laboratories and infrastructure in the school through her knowledge that she gained by visiting different schools and colleges in the state. The school that was once with thatched roof now stands with tall buildings saluting her efforts taken for the cause. She communicated with the Management authorities to get government scale of pay for the teachers. She encouraged teachers to speak in English and go for their higher studies. She gave chances and responsibilities for teachers to exhibit their talents. She used to conduct retreats and prayer meetings for the spiritual growth of the teachers. She loved singing and allotted teachers to train children to sing gospel songs and attend competitions. She even printed Song Book for the school prayer and encouraged the teachers and children to praise the name of God. Because of her committed work to God and man, her family is blessed. Not only her family but a great number of children and teachers salute her work. Mrs.Suganthi Ravikumar Dedicated and sincere Principal who had upgraded an elementary school to an esteemed higher secondary school. Her students, throughout the world, they proclaimed her guidance to the society through their sincerity and dedication. She had done a lot to the teachers in her school to promote their identity in society and their monetary benefits for their worldly life. I have learnt a lot from this model teacher cum Principal. I wish, her blessings to us and to our school. Mrs. J. Prema Inbam Beloved Principal Mrs. Rajasekaran gave me appointment in the Y.W.C.A. Matriculation school in 1986. I admired her qualities throughout those days and try to practice them in my life also. A very good singer, prayerful, God fearing, always seeks perfection in duties, loving and strict administrator. Her demise is a great sorrowful happening. Let the Lord God console her family members. Hope to meet her in the eternal life.
Mr.M. Solomon Respected Principal Mrs.Jeba Rajasekaran guided me in my teaching job and administration work right from 1982 when I joined in Y.W.C.A Matric school. She was a admirable person by myself and everybody. Very good trainer and also very good administrator and she was a very good singer. I lost my philosopher and a guide in my life. Mrs.Beulah Devaraj
Mrs.Jeba Rajasekaran, a sincere hardworking person. She was my sister as well as my headmistress. She built a wonderful high school from a very small beginning. Every brick and stone of BHEL Matriculation will utter her name. She sacrificed her health and family to build a Christian school!. Praise be to God. As a Sunday school teacher, I am very thankful to her. She always encouraged us to do our work for His Glory. .She and her children cooperated with all the Sunday school projects. Mrs.அபிசிந்தி வசந்தன் ஒரு ஆசிரியையாக தடம் பதிக்க எனக்கு வழிகாட்டியாக இருந்தவர் என் அன்புக்குரிய திருமதி. ஜெபா ராஜசேகரன் ஒரு ஆங்கில ஆசிரியையாக வந்து சேர்ந்த என்னை ஒர் தமிழாசிரியையாக என் ஆர்வத்தைப் பார்த்து மாற்றிய பெருமை அவர்களுக்கே உரியது. ஒவ்வொரு சிறு காரியத்திலும் என்னிடம் மிகுந்த அன்பு காட்டி எதிலும் கடவுளின் அருளால் வெற்றி பெறலாம் என்பதை தன் வாழ்க்கையின் மூலம் நிருபித்துக் காட்டியவர்கள். 1982 முதல் 1996 வரை Y.W.C.A Matriculation School ஐ மிக நேர்த்தியாக வழி நடத்தி இன்று உயர்ந்து நிற்க்கும் பள்ளியின் மூலைக்கல் அவர் எனக்கூறினால் மிகையாகாது. எங்கள் பள்ளியில் சுமார் 27 வருடங்களாக வேலைபார்த்துவரும் நாங்கள் அவர்களை நினையாத நாட்களே கிடையாது. பள்ளியின் ஒவ்வொரு கல்லும் அவர்கள் பேர் சொல்லும். எங்களால் மறக்கமுடியாத எங்கள் அம்மா, அக்கா என எங்களிடம் பாசமாய் கண்டிப்பாய் இருந்த அவர்களை இழந்து தவிக்கிறோம்.. மதிப்பிற்க்கும், அன்புக்கும் பாத்திரமான Mrs.Jeba Rajasekaran உடன் 1982 லிருந்து பணி செய்தேன். அவர்களிடம் இருந்து எதை செய்தாலும் ஜெபித்துவிட்டு செயல்படுவதை இன்று வரை கடைப்பிடிக்கிறேன். Office யில் அனுதின வேலையை அன்றே முடிக்கவும், உண்மையுடன் செயல்படவும் கற்று கொணடேன். எந்த வேலையிலும் ஒழுங்கு (discipline) இருப்பதை விரும்புவார்கள். அதையும் கடைப்பிடிக்கிறேன். Y.W.C.A. Matric Hr.Sec. School இன்று இவ்வளவு சிறப்பாக இருப்பதற்கு இவர்களுடைய உழைப்பு ஒரு அஸ்திபாரம். ஒவ்வொரு செங்கல்லும் இவர்களுடைய உழைப்புக்கு சாட்சி சொல்லும். அவர்களுடைய இழப்பு ஒர் ஈடு செய்யமுடியாதது. இயேசு கிறிஸ்துதாமே அண்ணனுக்கும் பிள்ளைகளுக்கும் ஆறுதல் தர ஜெபிக்கிறேன். Mrs. Flora Fredrick 1982 லிருந்து Mrs.and Mr. Rajasekaran உடன் பழகும் வாய்ப்பு கிடைத்தது, எங்கள் பெரிய பாக்கியமே. Spiritual life லும் School விஷயங்களிலும் மிகவும் உண்மையும் உத்தமுமான ஒரு நல்ல மனுஷியாக Jeba இருந்தார்கள். எடுத்துக்காட்டாக தன் குழந்தைகள் சிறுவர்களாக இருந்த போதிலும் எந்த காரணத்திற்காகவும் Office உள்ளே அனுமதிக்க மாட்டார்கள். Notes of lesson ஐ Page ,Page ஆக பார்த்து திருத்தங்களையும், appreciation ஐயும் செய்வார்கள் என்று அவர்களுடன் பணிபுரிந்த ஆசிரியர்கள் மூலம் நான் தெரிந்து கொண்டிருக்கின்றேன். தன் கடைசி சுகவீன நேரத்திலே கூட, நான் நீங்கள் கஷ்டபடுகிறீர்களா? என்றதற்கு இல்லை என்று மனஉறுதியோடு சொன்னார்கள். Mr.Rajasekaran ம் தன் மனைவிக்கு செய்யவேண்டிய கடமைகளை மிகுந்த பொறுமையுடன் நிறைவேற்றினார்கள். Church விஷயத்தில் மிகுந்த ஈடுபாடுகொண்டவர். கர்த்தர் தாமே இவர்களின் அருமைப் பிள்ளைகளுக்கும், கணவருக்கும் ஆறுதலையும், சமாதானத்தையும் தந்து ஆசீர்வதிக்க உள்ளன்புடன் பிரார்த்திக்கிறோம்.
