Mrs. Catherine Reuben, Teacher of Jeba in Sarah Tucker Hr. Scy. School Palayamkottai and mother of old student Robin Reuben. As a teacher of Jeba, I should say that she was very quick in classes, so also as the Principal of Y.W.C.A .Matriculation school. She was an able administrator as the principal, very loving and sincere teacher, always smiling and talking very softly. She was a very loving mother to Sharon and Deepu as we know. I really thank God for such a wonderful student, teacher, mother and wife. As the mother of her old student(Robin) I felt very sad to hear about her demise . My brother’s children too called me to enquire about her demise from far off countries. They all studied under her able guidance. May her soul rest in peace. A strict and an able administrator, she laid the foundation for the YWCA matriculation school at BHEL (presently BHEL matriculation school) and the school is indebted to her. She was a visionary, who could see the future of the school even at her time and did what she should to see that happen. Her contribution and the commitment with which she worked is surely an example for the today generation to follow. May the Lord of hope and eternity console all the members of the family.
